Here are some list of buildings on Townian.com and description of these buildings. (all information provided here are from Townian.com)

Town Hall
The town hall is the place where you can build other structures and set taxes. The higher the level of this structure, the faster your buildings will take to finish. It also unlocks other buildings.

Lumber Mill (Forest)
Here at the lumber mill forests are managed. Forests produces lumber which are used to build structures, weapons, etc.

Stone Mason Quarry
Stone quarry helps increase the production of stone. Stones are used to build structures. The higher the level, the higher the production

Iron Foundry
This foundry will produce iron which essential in structure building and weapon production. The higher the level, the higher the production.

Grain Mill (Farm)
With the grain mill, foods (crops) are produced. This essential source enables the creation of more population and help sustain it. Without the grain mill, the village will not survive.

Granary
The granary increases the storage of the food (crop). The higher the level, the higher the storage capacity.

Hut
This structure provides housing to your population. To avoid building interruption in the future, it is highly suggested that you upgrade this structure the most in correlation with your town hall. The higher the level, the more structures you can build and upgrade.

Warehouse
The warehouse stores lumber, stone, and iron.

Cache
In case of attacking forces, the cache helps you protect avoid losing all your resources.

Military Storage
This storage helps you store your weapons and accessories (body armor, etc.).

Marketplace
Where you can exchange goods, buy and sell.

Barracks
Where you can train and produce troops to help protect your village. You can also use these troops to attack villages.

Academy
This is where you need to go first before you are able to train troops. Basically it is the place where you forge weapons and armors.

Embassy
Where you can build an alliance or join an alliance.

Weapon and Armor Shop
You can create weapon and armor here.

Blacksmith
Where you can upgrade weapon and armor.
